1. a nice walk at the beach, to enjoy the sunrise, take some pictures ( bring your camera)and do an 30 minutes session of meditation and stretch and finish with a cup of tea or coffee in one of the most popular spots in the beach.
2. We work with the weather so if there is no sun, will be reschedule.
